Step-by-Step Plan

1. 15-30 Minute Fit Call (Initial Consultation)
  • Conducted on Discord, Zoom, or preferred platform.
  • A short, high-impact conversation to assess your goals, schedule, and current training structure.
  • Determines if the RexLiftz Lifestyle Program is the right fit for your ambitions.
  • If aligned, onboarding and access links are provided immediately after.
2. Onboarding & Digital Access (Within 48–72 Hours)
  • Receive your Welcome Packet — outlining program structure, communication access, and scheduling overview.
  • Fill out your Training & Nutrition Intake Form to give us a clear picture of your current baseline.
  • Get exclusive access to the RexLiftz Discord Hub, your private space for updates, questions, and accountability.

3. Baseline Assessment (In-Person or Remote)
  • Conducted once your intake is reviewed.
  • Covers movement analysis, strength & performance indicators, recovery capacity, and goal prioritization.
  • Immediate feedback is provided to optimize your next training phase.
  • You receive a Baseline Summary Report within 48 hours.
4. The Launch Blueprint (Delivered Within 24 Hours)
  • A custom Monthly Training Blueprint designed around your schedule, physique goals, and available equipment.
  • Nutrition Strategy Overview: practical, performance-focused recommendations that fit your day-to-day life.
  • Weekly Rhythm Layout: your set times for coaching calls, in-person sessions, and progress tracking.
5. Weekly Execution & Precision Coaching
